Finger Food / Cocktail Functions

Our Finger Food menu consists of 12 items per guest, for a minimum of 50 adult guests. Pricing starts at $30 per person, with Noodle Bowls $40 per person We recommend the chef’s selection of finger food, each freshly prepared for you on the day.

Cold Selection:

Sit Down Lunch Or Dinner

Prepared for a minimum of 40 adult guests. Two Courses: $54 per person, entrée & main or main & dessert; Three Courses: $63 per person, entrée, main & dessert. Freshly brewed tea and coffee and fresh bread rolls can be added upon request.

Entrée: select two items from the following menu to be served alternately

  •             Thai Style Prawn Salad sweet chilli & sesame dressing
  •             Maple Glazed Duck w. orange & mint salad
  •             Baked Mushroom Caps w. Seafood on tomato basil sauce
  •             Chicken Tenders on Baby Cos caesar dressing and shaved parmesan
  •             House Made Ravioli sweet baby pea and ricotta in a lemon dill sauce
  •             Smoked Salmon & Avocado Salad between pastry layers w. horseradish cream
  •             Char Grilled Lamb Fillets on greek salad w. pesto aioli

Main Course: select two items from the following menu to be served alternately.

  •             Grilled Fillet of Beef on potato stack w. fresh greens & red wine jus
  •             Spiced Atlantic Salmon on saffron mash w. olive tapenade & lemon sauce
  •             Roast Loin of Pork on spiced cabbage w. roast vegetable & peppercorn apple glaze
  •             Pancetta Wrapped Herb & Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast w. garlic mash, salsa verde
  •             Herb-crusted Rack of Lamb on garlic buttered greens w. rosemary jus
  •             Roasted Loin of Lamb on roast veg w. mustard sauce
