Since 1983 Peter and Edwyna Doyle along with their daughters have developed the Bridge Hotel so that it has something to offer everyone.
Doyles Deck and Bistro opened in 1987 and offers a fresh Mediterranean menu, where chef Loui cooks with the best ingredients using skills of a man born by the sea in Greece.
The café bar offers an eclectic range of modern foods and the best sunsets bayside.
